The State University in the State Capital 1984 – 2003

From February to April of 2018 four panel conversations took place on the Sacramento State University campus concerning the development of the University from 1984 to 2003. It was during this period that the University, under the guidance of President Donald Gerth enhanced its role as the “State University in the State Capital.” President Gerth provided an opening statement on the discussions and the panel conversations focused on four facets of this topic.
