4th Floor Individual Study Rooms

There are 6 Individual Study Rooms located on the 4th floor of the library, 4034-4039. Any Sac State student can access these rooms by checking out a key from the Service Desk on the 1st floor. Students who wish to checkout a key must have a current OneCard.

Policies

1. These rooms are designated quiet study rooms and should not be used for Zoom, phone meetings or group study. 
2. Keys can be checked out from the Library Service Desk on the 1st floor for 4 hours or until the close of the business day, depending on time of day.
3. In-person renewals are allowed and dependent on availability of at least one other 4th Floor Individual Study Room.
4. A $75.00 billing fee will be assessed, and a hold may be placed on your academic record, for any unreturned or lost keys.
5. A student may only have one study room key checked out at a time.
6. The library is not responsible for personal materials left in the study rooms.
7. Library staff reserve the right to inspect the study rooms.
8. Study room keys may not be duplicated.
9. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
10. All library users must comply with our Code of Conduct. Anyone found to be disruptive may be asked to leave.
11. Please return the key as a courtesy to others if you do not plan on using the room for the full check out period.
