Award winning poet, writer, and emeritus CSUS professor Mary Mackey will read from her current collection of poetry, The Jaguars That Prowl Our Dreams: New and Selected Poems 1974-2018, on April 10th at 3pm in the Library Gallery of the CSUS University Library in support of National Library Week. She will also talk about her work connecting authors with archives. Mackey was one of the founders of the university's Women's Studies Program; she also helped found the CSUS English Department's Graduate Creative Writing Program. Her work includes eight volumes of poetry and fourteen novels. The Jaguars That Prowl Our Dreams will be on sale after the event, which is open to the public; please bring cash or check. Come join us!
