Introduction to Finding Scholarly Sources

Introduction to Finding Scholarly Sources

Have an upcoming research paper where your professor is asking you to find scholarly or peer-reviewed sources? Not all sources are created equal! This workshop will provide a brief overview on how some books become "scholarly" and how certain articles come to be called "peer-reviewed," and we'll dive into how to find these types of sources to support your various research topics.

This workshop will focus on OneSearch, the Library's catalog, and Academic Search Complete, a multi-disciplinary database.
