Faculty Action Items
- Submit requests early. Our team works year-round! Early submissions ensure materials are ready on the first day of instruction. Submit Requests here: Course Reserve Request Form
- Provide personal copies when possible for physical books. Monograph purchasing may be limited due to budget constraints.
- Verify all links to eBooks, streaming media and other electronic resources. This FAQ will guide you in locating the license expiration for streaming media.
Why This Matters
Early submission of reserve requests helps to ensure materials are ready when students need them most – on the first day of class. When our team can process requests before the semester begins, students benefit from immediate access to course materials, supporting their academic success from day one.
