This spring, during CSU Hill Week, Rep. Ami Bera received the inaugural Chancellor’s Public Leadership Award along with Rep. Jay Obernolte for their work as co-chairs of the California Public Higher Educations Caucus. The group works to improve California’s public higher education system and Bera was honored for his work keeping higher education affordable for low-income and first-generation students.
The award Bera was presented with was designed and produced in our very own StingerStudio Makerspace.
