Join the Friends of the University Library
Our Friends are the best! Founded in 1992 by a group of faculty, librarians, staff and community members, the Friends of the University Library, California State University, Sacramento are a key part of our continued success. Among their activities, they host the Charles Martell Author Lecture Series, publish the Bookends newsletter, and run the extremely popular Book Bin.
But their work doesn’t end there, they also directly fund library collections via their grant program. Every year, the funds raised by Book Bin sales are granted to University librarians and staff for collections and supplies. Every dollar raised sustains us and ensures Sac State students have the resources they need.
