Temporary Part-time Reference Librarians (starting April 2013)
Applications received before April 1, 2013 will receive the first consideration
- Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an ALA accredited library program and experience in reference, library instruction and online information service delivery. Library experience in one of the following subject areas: science, engineering, education or psychology. Assignment may include weekday, evening, and weekend hours. Work schedules may be irregular.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in science, engineering, education or psychology. Experience in creating online tutorials or online instruction modes; delivering library services in Blackboard or other course management system. Experience with LibGuides and LibAnswers, or other software to build a knowledge base for automated online information service. Knowledge of assessment and student learning outcome.
