The Library Computer Lab 2000 is located in on the second floor in room 2000. It is available to CSUS students, faculty and staff. The lab is staffed with student assistants.
A valid Saclink account is required to login and use the computers. To setup a Saclink account, go to http://www.csus.edu/saclink/settingUp.stm.
Printing is available via PrintSmart. Instructions in using PrintSmart are located at http://www.csus.edu/printsmart/
The Library follows the campus Computer and Network User Code of Ethics. For other computer related policies on e-mail access, network security, copyright and fair use, please check the Campus Policies page.
The Library endorses the American Library Associations Library Bill of Rights, which supports access to information and opposes censorship, labeling, and restricting user access to information of all kinds. However, child pornography is unlawful and will be reported to the campus police.
No loading of software on computers is permitted. No games and chat are allowed. The following hardware and software is currently available in the Lab (more may be added in the future):
