Library Assists Nursing Students with Class Project
By Carol Gebel, Library Exhibits Committee

Notes from the Camp Connections Conference, Little Rock, Ark
By Tamara Trujillo, Library Administration

I recently had the benefit of attending the four day conference Camp Connections in Little Rock, Arkansas. Sheila O’Neill and several members of the CSUS Library’s Japanese American Archival Board also attended.

The conference was sponsored by the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the Japanese American National Museum and was funded by a multi-million dollar grant from the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation.

Library Party!

The Library Employee Committee is beginning to plan this year’s 2004 Holiday Party and building on the long tradition of fun and unity associated with this event, we are requesting the participation of every department this year.

The celebration will take place on Tuesday, December 14th from 11:30am to 2:30pm on the 5th floor. In our efforts to include everyone in the festivities, the responsibility of contributing the various meal components and planning event activities has been delegated. see story for complete details.
