The University Library has several rooms designed so that librarians can offer
instruction tailored to course-specific research needs. Included are labs so students can have hands-on experience in searching library databases, catalogs as well as search engines such as Google. These are departmental labs and are not scheduled through campus Space Management.
Faculty members who would like to bring their classes to the Library for instruction may use the Instruction Request Form, contact the Subject Specialist Librarian for their discipline, or contact Linda J. Goff, Head of Instructional Services, to schedule a research session with a librarian.
