Phillip Isenberg papers


Phillip Isenberg was a Sacramento City Councilman from the 5th district from 1971 to 1975. In 1975 he was elected Mayor of Sacramento. He served two terms until 1982. Phillip Isenberg was elected to the California State Assembly in 1982 and served until 1996.

The collection consists of Sacramento City Council Member, Mayoral and California State Assembly files. The collection also contains his university files including California State University, Sacramento. There is a large collection of political posters collected during Phillip Isenberg's career.
